The small print, said plainly
After your draft. You order, we build it, you look at it. If you want changes we make them. Only when you say "yes, that is ours" do we send a payment link. Nothing is taken up front and there is no card on file.
Before you have paid, you simply tell us and we stop — you owe nothing. After you have paid, you have 14 days to change your mind and we refund in full, provided you have not already sent the link to guests.
On Signature and Heirloom, yes, up until your wedding day — dates, venues, wording, photos, colours. On Essential you get changes for the first 14 days, then €15 per round after that.
The link stays live for a year (two on Heirloom). Before it comes down we send you a single download containing every photo, video, message and RSVP, at full quality. You can also ask for that at any time.
