What you can expect, and what we ask

What we agree to do

Design and build your invitation to the plan you chose, deliver a first draft within the time stated on that plan, make the changes your plan includes, and keep your invitation online for the period stated. We will not put advertising on your invitation.

Payment

You pay after you have seen your draft and approved it. Until that point you owe nothing and either of us can walk away. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Changing your mind

If you have paid and change your mind within 14 days, we refund in full, provided you have not already shared the link with guests. After that, or once the link has been shared, we will consider partial refunds case by case and we will be reasonable about it.

Content you give us

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, text and any fonts you send us. If a third party objects to something you supplied, we will take it down and you agree to cover any costs that genuinely result. We will never publish your invitation in our own marketing without asking you first, in writing, after the wedding.

Guest uploads

You are responsible for what your guests upload to your album. We will remove anything unlawful as soon as we are told about it, and you can remove anything yourself at any time.

Availability

We aim for your invitation to be available at all times and we monitor it. We cannot promise it will never be briefly unreachable — no one honestly can. If it is unavailable for more than 24 hours in the month before your wedding, we will refund your order in full.

Limits

Our liability is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. German law applies.
