What we do with your information
Last updated 29 July 2026. This is a working draft — have a lawyer review it before you take real orders.
Who we are
Blush Invitations, contactable at hello@blushinvites.com. Under the GDPR we are the controller for the information you give us, and the processor for the guest information collected through your invitation.
What we collect from you
The details you type into the order form: your names, email, phone number if you give it, and the wedding details you want on your invitation. We keep these so we can build and support your invitation.
What we collect from your guests
Whatever they choose to submit: their name, whether they are attending, guest numbers, dietary notes, a message, and any photos or videos they upload. We collect this on your behalf and pass it to you. We do not email your guests, we do not profile them, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your invitation stays online until a year after your wedding (two years on Heirloom). Guest photos, videos and RSVP replies are kept for two months after your wedding: we send you the full archive before that window closes, then delete our copies. You can ask us to delete anything sooner at any time.
Cookies
The invitation itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising scripts. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics on this website only, which does not identify individuals.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to your state data protection authority.
Where your data lives
On servers in Germany and the EU. If a supplier we use stores data elsewhere we will say so here before we start using them.
